产业智能化水平测度及其对劳动力就业结构影响研究

摘要:

近年来,产业智能化正在全球范围内快速发展,随之而来各国劳动力就业结构也发生了一定的变化.为了研究两者之间是否存在一定的相关性,本文构建了一个智能化的任务分配模型,根据对2013-2022年劳动力就业结构变化的实证研究得出结论,产业智能化降低了对教育程度为大学专科、高中、初中的劳动力的需求,增加了对小学及以下和大学本科及以上劳动力的需求.具体来说,智能化将劳动力推向任务分配的低端和高端.随着人工智能发展水平的提升,人工智能对制造业就业影响是边际递减的,即人工智能发展初期,对制造业就业冲击比较大,后期影响减缓.

Abstract:

In recent years,industrial intelligence has been evolving rapidly on a global scale,concurrently inducing certain alterations in the employment structure of the labor across nations.To investigate whether there exists a certain correlation between the two,this article develops anassignment model of automation,based on the empirical study of the changes in the labor employment structure from 2013 to 2022,concludes that industrial intelligence has decreased the demand for the labor with educational attainment of junior college,high school,and junior high school,while increasing the demand for the labor with educational attainment of primary school and below,as well as undergraduate and above.Specifically,intelligence drives the labor towards the low–end and high–end of the task allocation. As the development level of artificial intelligence rises,the impact of artificial intelligence on manufacturing employment is marginally diminishing.That is,in the early stage of artificial intelligence development,the shock on manufacturing employment is relatively significant,while the influence eases in the later period..
